No Updates on These Dates

Hey guys, I want to tell you guys that I will be gone a lot this month. The 9th-11th I go to a camp for my work, so I won't be updating. Also, I am moving to a new town and will probably not update from the 15th-17th. I am actually really busy packing lately for this move and prepping for work. When school starts in September, I will be amazingly busy so the webcomic will have to go from updating daily to 5 times a week. I think I will only be able to handle 5 at a time with school and work. It might be good for me too, because it gives me prep time for research and planning.

Aww, don't worry about it! And good luck with everything! ;w;

It's amazing you can even update that often with how busy you sound. o.o
You make it sound like it's pretty easy to dole out a page a day but I bet it's not!

@M-24: haha it actually does take a lot of work to be honest! ^^; The average amount of time it takes to make 1 page strip is around 1-2 hours, usually on the 2 hour end. When I try to make a normal comic page, it takes 4-6 hours depending on how many panels are involved. O_O; By updating every day, I have to plan out story and comics quickly as well, so there is no room for art block. I wish I could keep this pace up (I enjoy drawing a lot and updating a lot actually), but I don't think I can especially with school coming up. (school/work in the sense that I am a first year high school teacher and I will have a ton of work to do all the time) DX I'm actually really nervous to have my own classroom and teach, so the first few weeks of september will be super hard on me. XoX

@fluffyfluffs: oh my, I wish you the best!
My sister's friend is a new elementary teacher and she HATES it, but I suspect it's because she falls behind on the learning lessons and procrastinates and doesn't know how to handle the wilder children or their parents. I think for high school the kids should know how to act in a classroom by then, the only advice I can give is to not fall behind on work because I've heard that it takes up a lot of your time. Good luck!

@M-24: Haha, ain't that the truth! I am pretty good at time management so I think I'll be okay! I planned out a lot this summer, around 1/2 a year worth of lessons, but there is a lot of work still and I will be swamped! Highschool is a lot easier than elementary (I don't know how they do it!) but it does have its own challenges. =_=;;; I heard that the first year is always the worst, but I want to go into it with a positive attitude. There have been so many teachers that told me I will hate it, it will be hell, and I will cry everyday. (which is a little disturbing in its own way OwO;) I hope I will be happily surprised though and actually like it. If not, er haha, then I will have to think about getting my Masters and doing something else! ;D
